Privacy Notice
This notice describes how Readility (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information through readility.health and the Readility readiness screener (the “Service”).
1What we collect
- Contact and role information: work email address, role/title, organization name and domain — provided by you.
- Assessment responses: answers about your organization’s systems, standards, and processes.
- Technical basics: privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics collecting aggregate usage statistics (page views, referrers, approximate region). [Confirm analytics vendor] We do not use advertising trackers.
2How we use information
- Deliver your readiness band and areas to address.
- Maintain the early-access list you joined and send Service-related email (unsubscribe anytime).
- Produce aggregated, anonymized statistics, benchmarks, and research that do not identify your organization.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3How we share information
Only with service providers that operate the Service on our behalf — currently website hosting and serverless infrastructure (Netlify), email and productivity (Google Workspace), and [email service provider] — under terms limiting their use of your information; and if required by law, or in a business transition, in which case this notice continues to apply to previously collected data.
4Retention
Raw free-tier screener responses are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or reduced to aggregate-only form. Contact-list information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
5Your choices and rights
Email privacy@readility.health to access, correct, or delete your information; we honor verified requests without discrimination. Unsubscribe links appear in every marketing email.
California residents: you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and the business purposes for which we use them, as described in this notice.
6Do Not Track
Our analytics are cookieless and do not track users across third-party websites; we therefore do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, which have no effect on the data we collect.
7Security
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS); scoring runs server-side; access to stored information is limited to those operating the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8Children
The Service is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9International visitors
The Service is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. organizations; information is processed in the United States.
10Changes
We will post updates here with a revised effective date; material changes will be highlighted on the Service.
